Every art piece is different by how complex it is, but judging by canvas statistics in the app for full illustrations, anywhere from at least 20h and up to even 50h. For detailed sketches about 2-5h.

I dont really mind reposts as long as there is properly given credit (preferably with my socials and this website linked)

all prices are mainly for personal use only (for monetized content goes +50% of the price and for commercial merchandising +100%)

all prices listed are base prices, final price may vary depending on how complex and detailed the piece turns out to be based on your requests and the process

price for multiple characters is: base price X number of characters = total price

background prices go from 15 € and up depending on the complexity; plain and simple colored backgrounds are free

only head/bust and half body options are available for detailed sketches and its the same sketch base price for both

any changes to the piece requested during the sketch, will require additional payment from 5-10€, revisions requested after that during lining or base coloring phase will be from 20€-40€ depending on how big the changes are; if the changes are too drastic that the whole thing must be redrawn, higher fee will be placed; also, no revisions will be allowed after i start rendering the piece

depending on how complex the whole artwork is, requests, minor or major revisions, details, rush, etc. the overall price can go up and additional payment for details will be required after artwork is done

all prices are strictly in euro and they are not negotiable

all payments are upfront and through paypal or vgen only

Please use and fill out the provided Commission Form down below (the more description and references there are, the better result it is, so please try to provide as many details as possible in the form about what you want commissioned)

Message me and send me the filled form on Discord, Instagram, Tumblr or Twitter mostly, or where I advertised it as a last option, as that's where Im the most active. All links are added on the home page.

If you are inquiring about monetized content or commercial use commissions, please state so first thing when contacting me about commissions. Please keep this in mind before inquiring about commercial use commission as the price will be higher for access to the licensing right. Terms of service on this site apply equally to commercial use commissions. However, Copyright Policy differs and with licensing rights you have permission to reproduce the artwork for profit as long as there is credit to the artist.

So, before you request any type commission PLEASE read all ToS and Copyright Policies in advance.

After I accept the commission, I'll tell you if I can start on it or send you to the waitlist

If I dont send you to the waitlist, you pay and I start sketching and send you when its done to confirm its good to proceed with the rest, no refunds after I start the sketch

Turnaround time can range from 1-3 weeks to a month or two depending on irl work and errands, Ill always try to update you as much as possible, but please don't rush me

If I am already working on a few commissions or cannot start your commission right away by any reason, I will add it to the waitlist and contact you when I am ready to take it

The rest of the process then goes the same like the above with payment, sketch, etc.

If you have a deadline and your commission to skip the waitlist and be finished under a set deadline (cannot be less than a week), it will be taken in with a +75% total price fee

You accept these terms by commissioning me. These terms are subject to change at any time without notice. Any person found breaking these terms will have a 50€ fee, their commission canceled and may be blacklisted.

You have full authorization of commissioning me. Chargebacks claiming unauthorized transactions will not be tolerated.

You are aware that you will not be receiving any physical art/items/prints in the mail if you have not ordered any. Every commission is only a digital product that is delivered through email.

You will not file a chargeback claim when the commission(s) has been completed due to any reason.

All commissions requested as personal without mention of other uses are for personal use and collection only.

None of the artwork you receive may be used commercially in any shape or form and you are not allowed to reproduce it for profit unless it was negotiated that way from the start.

If requesting fan art, I am absolved from any legal responsibility should you be found using the artwork commissioned for anything other than personal use. You are also breaking the previous term if you do this.

I have the right to decline your order if I feel like it's below my capability or I'm uncomfortable doing it.

Full upfront payment is required before any commission is begun. No payment plans. Please have the required funds ready in your account.

You can't request a refund on a commission that I've already started working on.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund any commission due to any reason. The amount refunded will be determined by how much of the commission has been completed.

You are aware that refunds may take a couple of days to process/complete.

I will not be replicating other artist's style (unless it something like game sprites and such). Please only commission me if you like my style

My art is constantly evolving and improving which means there will be some small changes from time to time in my work (anatomy, coloring, lineart, etc) please keep that in mind!

If you upload your commission to another site/wiki/toyhou.se, you must credit me somewhere.

I reserve the right to post any commissioned artwork on any of my social media, please tell me if you want it to remain private.

Promote myself with the artwork on any other places or websites

Post/display the artwork anywhere I want (on my Instagram and Twitter for example) but I will always give you proper credit as the owner of the character and/or mark it as a commission

Publish books with it

Use the artwork in any way you want, as long its for personal use only

Repost the artwork on other websites as long you give me proper credit

Claim the right of the character but not the artwork

Reproduce/using the artwork commercially (meaning making money of it in any way)

Make NFTs of my art

Remove my watermark/signature

Edit/change the artwork without my permission

Claim the ownership, credit or copyright over the commissioned asset

Promote myself with the artwork on any other places or websites

Post/display the artwork anywhere I want (on my Instagram and Twitter for example) but I will always give you proper credit as the owner of the character and/or mark it as a commission

Publish books with it

Use the artwork in any way you want for the content shared to commercial and monetized social platforms belonging to you

Repost the artwork on other websites

Claim the right of the character but not the artwork

Crediting the artwork is required for every use unless otherwise stated

Make NFTs of my art

Any kind of re-selling or digital od physical ending products made with the commissioned piece

Remove my watermark/signature

Edit/change the artwork without my permission

Claim the ownership, credit or copyright over artwork done of your commissioned asset

Re-selling, creating and distributing digital or physical products made with commissioned piece with use to your company or label
